I was a medical student. I also studied for the American Medical Association. The AMA requires that you have medical school-level knowledge and training. My doctor said that the best way to avoid any side effects is to eat lots of fruits, vegetables, and legumes. I'm not a vegetarian because I'm not against meat. I am only against animal products. I am a vegan, not because of some religious convictions. I've tried to follow all the nutritional guidelines from the FDA, and I am not doing any extra exercise. I don't like to take supplements, because I want to be healthy and fit, and I don't want to use supplements if I can help it. I started a gym because I have been lifting weights, and I've found that I can't do much better than doing weight-training exercises. I don't know why I decided to go vegan, but I felt a little better about myself after I started. My weight is still on my shoulders, and I still have to work out, but now I feel like I can do it. I know that I have some problems with my eyesight, but I'm not so worried because it takes a while for my vision to improve.
